2. Focus on the muscles beside your lips and slowly contract horizontally, being careful not to hit your teeth. Imagine making the sound "u" while concentrating on the muscles at the corners of your mouth. Gently return to the starting position, emphasizing the movement of those corner muscles, rather than pushing your lips forward.
